JEWELRY WARRANTY
Limited 90-Day Warranty
All fine jewelry purchased from Jewelry Garden is warranted
for ninety (90) days from date of purchase. All fine jewelry is genuine,
authentic and of consistent high quality and value. All gold jewelry is either
10K, 14K or 18K gold.
All ladies' rings are stock size 6. All gent's rings
are stock size 9. We can size your ring. Ladies' rings over size 8 and gent's
rings over size 11 will be charged an additional minimal fee. Specify your ring
size when ordering. To figure out your ring size, click on the link "What
is my ring size?" by the ring section
Our warranty covers each item of fine jewelry for
defects in manufacturing only (based upon Jewelry Garden's inspection and sole
determination) and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear
and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. Our warranty is valid only at
Jewelry Garden. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other
than Jewelry Garden will void this warranty. JEWELRY GARDEN DISCLAIMS ANY
LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WRITTEN OR
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF THIS ITEM, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY
ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
Return Policy
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your
purchase. If within 7 days after receipt of your
purchase you're not completely satisfied , return it for a full refund less the
original shipping charges - no questions asked.
Exchanges, Resizes & Repairs
We can exchange your jewelry or
watch for another item, give you another ring size, or repair your item. Call

Our
Return Process
Once we receive your returned item and it is
accepted, your refund or new item will be processed within two business days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance
department. Please note that item showing signs of wear or those that have been
engraved, altered, and sized, or damaged
in any way can not be returned. Returns with no Jewelry Garden return
authorization code (RA#), and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured
will be refused receipt.
Any packages that are returned without an RA# or
after 7 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All Free Gifts with purchase
must be returned with products which are to be refunded. If we do not receive
it, we will charge you for the gift.
Refunds on
purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in
order for your credit to appear. Customers returning a partial order will be
refunded for the returned items only.
How
to prepare a Return
To return an item to Jewelry Garden, follow our
three step process:
- Your Return Authorization Code. Call
877-777-5400 and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write
this code on the outside of the box, below our address.
- Package Your Return. Place all the
original packaging in the box, including the free gift.
- Insure Your Package. Ship your
package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total
value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that
your shipment has reached Jewelry Garden.
